What’s your name?

I was thinking about this last night and nearly got up and starting typing to try and get to sleep but luckily sleep came.  Oh, just remembered something else I wanted to write about!  Anyway,  when I went back to work I realised that everyone at work would call me Jo.  I hated it and couldn’t understand why everyone called me this.  I saw an old work email and I was referred to as Jo in it so I realised that is what everyone called me.  I wondered if I used to like this or was I just to polite to stop them saying it.  I am not as polite as I used to be so I had to let everyone know that they should call me Joanna.  It is just another word that I cringe at when someone says it.  It’s weird.
